The Plight of 'efficient' workers

This is something that has happened with me and have seen happned to people all around me all most all times. This time it happned to some really efficient women working for INX TV based in Mumbai.
Come to think of it - the efficient workers are also the best troubleshooters - but lately organisations are burning up these presious resources. The lack of planning makes at senior level makes these junior and middle level employees work harder. All of us dont mind working harder to achieve a set target but that should be once in a while only. These days its daily.
Now this is something i detest.

May be we should also be covered under labour laws
