The limitations of Nation States

The nation states - defined abd constructed after the french revolution simply do not comprehend some of the age old problem. The plight of ethenic Indians in malasia, for that matter tamils in Srilanka, Russian blind faith in serbs, China's mistrust of India, all are result of hundreds of yeras of population movements that can not be solved simply becuase the world now is divided into nation states.
Nothing personifies it more than the Palestinian problems. Had the situation in middle east been eqivaalanet to that of Nineteeneth Century, Palestinians might have just moved to the desert waste of saudi arabia and settled in a new nation. But that never happened, they now have 4 th generatuion growing up in refugee camps with no homes to go and Israel as a mortal enemy that must be destroyed.
The same is the case with most of nations bordering India Ocean. However they can try their remote link to main land India still remains. The thirst of nation states to establish their own separate and uniuue identity is going to take them nowhere. AT best they can fall in a hell like sri lanka.
