Climate of politics clouded by polics of climate

So the earth is warming up... for good or boad or by human action or by human inaction or just by will of god...
the matter of fact Russians are happy that polar ice may melt and they may have agriculture in Siberia and unlocking secrets of north atlantic. Such a miopic vision is common across all industrial giants be it govermntal or corporate entity.
Even the developing nations - instead of preparing for the incoming apocalypse are sharing the same miopic vsion of development
