No one lasts for ever

Today Brian Lara bid an adieu to the world cricket.

Somehow its scintillating experience for me. I still remeber an Indian TV commercial that asked for the best Cricketer in world and Audience chanted 'Sachin', 'Waugh-Waugh' and 'Lara kya mara' - Like the Brian Adam's Summer of 60 the 1990 will remain in our memory as our best time.

We have moved on... kids are now Husbands and some even Fathers... we are growing old, and like Lara we are retiring from the scene. One day we will all be gone -it will all be spread over dedecades and still if i were to sum it up - may be 20-30 odd instances is all we remember. Its all so big yet so small!!!!!
Truely no one lives for ever....
