Kyonki Crime UP mein kum hai…

So UP's crime rate is going down...The question is how? Are all of Mulyam / Mayawati’s kins out of business – well not.So how on earth can the crime rate in UP go down.
The answer begins with a question – how is crime rate measured. Well its easy, government collect all the complaints lodged in every police post and add them up.So if I were CM of UP and wanted crime rate down all I had to instruct my home department is to communicate ‘informally’ to district police chiefs to make sure lesser of FIR are registered.
This is far more easier to get it done than to imagine. For almost always ( and where ever it can ) UP police registers complaints on plain paper without registering it in Rosenamcha ( daily record of crimes committed).
May be we should remove all sorts of policing from UP then there will be no repoting hence a crime free Uttam Pradesh. What say Mr Amitabh Baachhan – obviously you can see all that very well from your Bentley.
