SEARCHING FOR A LEADER

Its been a long time since this planet has been blessed with a leader...I dont know why we dont have a contemporary Kennedy,Gandhy,lenin...for that matter Hitler.(I called Hitler great simply because he was the greatest evil ever born....every nation aginst had to have his own great to counter him-french had Charles De gaul...English had Churchill...Uncle Sam had likes of Gen.Patton and Gen.McArther.).....well it seems in todays world we dont have greats
The opening paraphase may be misleading for one reason i dont wish to limit greatness to Politicians alone-today we dont even havw likes of Beatles-Elvis...today there is no visinory like Walt Disney or Henry Ford.Simple ideas still succeed..look at the success of harry potter.But it seems there are no enterpruners to believe in it. It has always been a human tendency to outsource decision making ,we all love to blame some one else in the end....dont we? problem is there are no decision takers.Those with opportunity shy away from a glorious destiny.President Bush called his friends up in arms to punish his Father's tormentors...but he is yet to come up with any thing constructive.What made Kennedy different from otherswas his desire for peace-military decision over Cuba would have been easier but he avoided destruction.It was Reconstruction of Europe(Marshall plan) that made President Eisenhower unforgettable.It was Gandhi's non -violent insubordination that forced mighty British empire for negotiations.
Today we have a cowboy who changes his statements every day.He just killed a few thosand people without seemingly why.Similarly the ex-super power is eaded by a secret agent wo is so secrative that even after heading a democratic govt. has no known track record.As for the chinese while rest of world struggles to right pronunciation...the leaders in there are treating themselves as god-still imagening how to make up for last century andrule the world.In fact today we dont have a leader who has following.After MJ subsided no artist has fans defining the society we live in.Its strange much of the generation in my part of world(India) adults were taught about high morals-success thru hard work-honesty and this generation happens to be the most greedy-selfish-corrupt one.we seem to know the faults of our system so well that we are beyond it.Idont know if its happening in other parts of world but here in each one of us there is a child who is crying for help-to live in aworld his folks introdused him to:we need a parental figure to guide us there...a hero.please those of you can -take a stand-help this world to be different place-a happy place.
