Powerful should not put Army down

Mao believed 'power flows from barrel of gun'. It seems Indian bureaucracy is adamant to test it. Indian armed forces are complaining about pay discrepancies as compared to their civilian counter parts. This is unacceptable for civilian leadership to let such a discontent arise, leave alone the criticism regarding there inept handling. This is a too trivial reason to risk our democracy.
