The Demice of Justice : Indian talent pool is now hostage to quota regieme thanks to Supreme Court

The fools sitting on the apex seats of Justice in India once again proved that in election year, everything is up for sale, including the Judiciary.
If anything in this world is going to tell me that it was in true form of justice to impliment a 'social developmenet report' based on metrivs obtained in 1931, it would at best be a sham. And it turns out its more than a sham, its a shame. Its an aparthied of the worst kind, supressing talent on basis of your cast and creed.
Here are following reasons why Justice Mandals recommendations are of no use :
1. The report was framed basis the Caste demographics of 1931, when India's total population was 300 Million. Today it is 1.1 billion
2. The report was submitted in Dec 1980, when cosmopolitans that merged all cultures and faded any dicrimination on the basis of birth - did not exist. Today Delhi, Mumbai, bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata that together house 100 million Indians dont have any distinction on basis of caste
3. Back in 1980 private enterprizes didnt exist, post 1990s the liberalization changed the way people grow in India. Its no longer about just having right connections and right birth. Its about capabilities and output
4. The reservation upto 49.5% for opportunities, if required actually mean that in last 50 years governments have successively failed in providing equal opportunities for half the indiam population. Which in turn mean that worlds largest democracy is a failure

well this democracy is a failure one way or another. I really used to be proud of my country - dont know how long will all last
