Gujjar Agitations again round the corner

The Justice Jasraj Chopra commission, set up to decide whether the Gujjars of Rajasthan deserved to be included in the list of the state’s scheduled tribes (ST), has rejected the suggestion.
The 294-page report has recommended additional special measures to enable Gujjars make rapid economic and social progress, including a separate job quota for them in 14 districts, where they are present in large numbers.

This is certainly not going to end the story, as a ST status of Gujjars in Rajathan was also the demand from UP, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab.

The question is why do we need to give any such reservations in the first place. Why are we hell bent on protecting cast system.

WHY DO WE VOTE CAST INSTEAD OF CASTING OUR VOTE???
