The UP Police has been challenged

Today I was just watching Saher... and the thought crossed my mind - Police of UP has been challanged... is the end of Terror network in India.
I know it sounds like too much out for an ill equiped, all most obsolete police force. But then we are talking about the only 'rebel' police force of the country - which though remains organized is not more than a militia of most unprepared kind...

UP Police's Reserve (PAC) is the only force distinguished in this country which had a mutiny still managed without being disbanded. This just goes on to suggest that this is the most robust - almost colonial police force, which i turn means that this is the best bet to deal with revoluitionaries/extremists/terrorists. Since this force doesnt depend on the technology, it believes in a a network of informers and infiltrators.

Mayawati's step of reinstating all suspended IAS officers indicate the willingness of administration to activate all her networks - each and everyone of them and get this thing donr.

In my personal view, UP police can tthrow this challange back....
may we win
