Protocols defied

Sonia Gandhi is Beijing and with her son Rahul Gandhi and they will talk on a range of bilateral issues. The questions is why?????
Who the hell is Sonia/Rahul - Mere Memeber of Parliament. Who do they report to (in terms of Governance) - No one
Still Indian Ambassador in beijing rolls a red carpet for her, she is meeting with head of state with all Indian state honors....
And BJP is sleeping while extra constitutional powers are growing.
This is unacceptable at best.
