The left is where its name says - left behind. They had their way and India lost to the nuclear deal.
Before going to the specifics let me make it clear that i am talking in the most objective way possible. I come from one most respected 'communist' families in India. Having said that I have never seen any body more fool hardy that the commies.
If we call our coutry as our mother these guys are no less than a real Mother F***ers. They did the same in west bengal, the hub of Industrialisation at one time - and now the fools have repeated the experiment in centre.
Had the deal gone through we would have been the only nation in the world with following criteria-
1. NPT non signatory
2. a fully declared and activated Nuclear Arms program
3. Recognised as a true nuclear force with worldwide support for its civilian nulclear programs.
We would have ended the nuclear aparthied of NPT ( that we held so dear since NPS inception) and forced the world to relook on the nuclear arrangements that are in existance.
In today's world the idea of friendship is at best lost - its not there any more. Ther recent price escalation from Russia is evidence of the same... we need to get bak and integrate our economy with all other economies so much that an attack/destability of Indian union hurts the mighty powers of the world.
Nuclear poweress is never going to be used - short of an armagaddon, but economic power houses can and do rule the world.
May all commies die for rest of the world to live in a place " where mind is without fear"
