Hyderabad on fire

Yeserday the Mecca Mosque of Hyderabad was bombed. Its a human trajedy - no doubt but as some body not effected directly few striking features came up:
1. The Police blame SIMI - as usual2. It has all the hallmaks of Malegaon blast.3. The IED was triggered by cell phone4. The explosive was a mixtire of TNT and RDX.5. 2-3 live explosives were later diffused.
Lets first look at 3,4 we have a group who knows the very best of urban warfare. Mixing TNT and RDX is no joke and the blasting it in 'Collatral Damage' style... not easy... yet only 5-6 deaths? A humble grenade triggered by same mechanism could have achieved that...
Then again point 5 - why were the remaining explosives not exploded? If some one is as good as in point 3-4 then WHY police found the explosives unexploded - who were they waiting for.
Common sense says that combining 3-4-5 the peropse of blasts were -1. Shake commom sense of common people and panic them2. Prove to the world that sophistication level was quite high and what happened was just a trailor and could have been a lot worse. terrorise the common man further
Getting back to SIMI involvement - why SIMI, why not LET, Mujahideen outfit that regularlt take resposibilities?Precisely SIMI has startegic goals and is not an 'action' organisation- as such although its members may be involved in these actions organisation itself is no more than a platform. So equating SIMI to LeT would be wrong yet desirable for polive forces - working under pressure to give results..
In my view these blasts have a larger purpose - i can almost sense it but find it too ackward to write it down. Its almost like the role of state is questionable
