Well to establish any crime one needs to have a motive... a crime without a motive is either an acident or an act of insanity.
So what was the motive of Samjhauta Express bombing. It can't possibly be the Indo-Pak peace talks. Only an utter fool would like to push both India and Pakistan on the same corner and expect them to fight over it - if anything this will make them come together.
So was it an accident? An IED smuggled on the train was triggered accidently??? But then why all IEDs were not together - why they aere all far apart ( two of them were recovered from tracks ). Itcertainly can't be a smuggling op
Was it an act of Insanity? Certainly not. Samjhauta express is one of the most guarded trains to attack. To infiltrate it requires intricate planning and above all a reason for that planning.
I dont have an answer accept for a small thing - only beneficiary of this could be Indo-Pak talks. Now India can give more concession to Pakistan for its fight against terror and Pakistan on its part can seek more consessions from India and West for being a victim of terror.
May the dead rest in peace for the Living still have to fight on!
