right to dignity for women

Today a rather close (lady) freind of mine suffered what she described as disgusting.
this lady had recently joined an airline as a cabin crew and today was her first 'lay over(over night stoppage) flight'.
but it seems the cockpit crew had another defination for 'lay over'
they approached her for sexual intimacy!
the fact remains that this girl is not alone.

why can't men control their libido... why can't we have some discipline?
