Who owns the Taj?

Well, a very stupid question (in my view) has been raised by Sunni Waqf board. I find it similar to the now established legal fact that the Indian cricket team represents a private body and not 'Bharat' that is India, the country.

Somethings are national by default by virtue of they being of more public value . Cricket team and Taj included.
If Sunni Waqf board thinks it has right of ownership of Taj, then I must say union government has a right to nationalise the Waqf board.

Irrespective of 'minority feeling', this is one case that represents india and should be looked upon as a question of national pride.

ASI should have the legitimate right to TAJ. In the highly unlikely case that it is otherwise, all it requires is a legislation. May be just an ordinance.

Let Shajahan be shehensha-e-hind and the world. Lets not limit him to a Sunny organisation!
